for the exclusive supply of q-Drive(TM) plug-in hybrid components and control
systems for the fisker karma program
* Quantum fuel systems - will be exclusive supplier of q-drive hybrid
control systems, solar roof module
* Quantum fuel systems - will receive a royalty payment on each karma sold that
incorporates quantum's q-drive
