WILMINGTON, Del., Jan 28 (Reuters) - A bankruptcy judge on Thursday denied a request by Washington Mutual Inc to disband a committee to represent shareholders in the case.
Judge Mary Walrath also denied a request to cap the committee's expenses, which are paid by the company, at $250,000.
