WASHINGTON, Feb 6 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama said on Saturday financial regulatory reform is needed to enhance market performance and make the economy function better.
'We know that wise regulation actually can enhance the market and make our economy better. We can't return to the dereliction of duty that helped deliver this recession,' Obama told told a meeting of the Democratic National Committee.
