**KOGAS FALLS ON DELAYS TO TARIFF OVERHAUL**
State-run Korea Gas Corp (KOGAS) dropped 4.96 percent after the government delayed an anticipated tariff system change intended to better reflect energy price moves.
An economy ministry official said that the overhaul, which was expected to take effect in March, had been delayed due to inflation concerns.
KOGAS also said on Sunday it had signed an agreement to jointly explore and develop natural gas fields in Canada with EnCana Corp.
