
The request to Fujitsu auditors that they make a decision in 60 days is a notice that typically precedes a shareholder lawsuit, company spokesman Makoto Koshi said.
Fujitsu has been under scrutiny since announcing last month that it had dismissed Nozoe as president in September due to what it called an inappropriate business relationship on his part, rather than illness as was stated originally.
