NOMURA

The investment bank said that Stanley Sun has joined its U.S. Rates Strategy team. He previously worked at Bank of America.



UBS AG

The Swiss bank said it has hired former RBS Sempra Commodities chief executive Kaushik Amin to head its commodities, foreign exchange and bonds trading business in the U.S.



BMO Capital Markets

The investment and corporate banking arm of BMO Financial Group said it has appointed Ken Tuchman and Chuck Adair as vice chairs, effective immediately. Tuchman formerly worked at Bank of America Corp. Adair has been with BMO for nearly 25 years.



LLOYDS TSB CORPORATE MARKETS

The financial services firm appointed Carl Audebourg as a director in its financial institution FX sales team. Audebourg has previously worked with Citigroup and Credit Suisse .



TROIKA DIALOG ASSET MANAGEMENT

The Russian wealth management service provider has hired Anton Rakhmanov to oversee the company's asset management business. Rakhmanov, who joins from Renaissance Investment Management, begins in May.



BARCLAYS PLC

The group's wealth management division named Helen Pun as director, market head of Hong Kong. Pun was previously with UBS in Hong Kong.



JEFFERIES GROUP INC

The firm named Eiji Kitahara as a managing director to lead its uridashi bond business. Kitahara will be based in Tokyo. He was most recently with Dresdner Kleinwort.



AUGEN CAPITAL CORP

The Toronto-based public merchant bank named Peter Chodos as interim president and chief executive, effective immediately.



UK FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS

The firm, which manages the government's stakes in nationalized banks, named Richard Pym as chairman designate of the holding company under which Northern Rock Asset Management and Bradford & Bingley are merging. The firm also named Richard Banks as chief executive designate of the holding company.
