SEOUL, June 17 (Reuters) - A shareholder of Hynix Semiconductor Inc has offered 4.41 million shares in the South Korean memory chip maker in a block deal worth $103 million, a source close to the matter said on Thursday.
The shares were offered at 28,200 won ($23.3) apiece, flat from Thursday's closing price, said the source.
Goldman Sachs and Daewoo Securities are handling the deal.
