SAO PAULO, June 30 (Reuters) - Shares of Brazilian mobile operator Vivo seesawed in early trading after the Portuguese government vetoed the sale of Portugal Telecom's stake in the company.
Shares opened higher but quickly fluctuated between negative and positive territory. The shares were down 1.27 percent to 46.70 reais shortly after opening.
