* Consolidation of common shares on a 20 to 1 basis

* Says post consolidated stock to begin trading on Toronto stock exchange and

the Oslo stock exchange on August 5, 2010

* Says share consolidation expected to be effective as of July 30, 2010

* Says as a result of the share consolidation, it will have 106,922,528 common

shares issued and outstanding
