JAKARTA, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Indonesia's Bumi Resources Mineral, a unit of Indonesia's biggest coal miner PT Bumi Resources, has priced its initial public offering at the top end of a 625-635 rupiah per share range, two sources with direct knowledge of the deal told Reuters on Tuesday.
The firm will raise 2.095 trillion rupiah ($233.7 million) by selling 3.3 billion primary shares, said the sources, who declined to be identified. The deal drew orders of almost $1 billion and investors will receive two free warrants for every three shares purchased in the IPO, IFR reported earlier on Tuesday.
