BUDAPEST, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Hungary's Magyar Telekom expects to pay a dividend of 50 forints per share on its 2010 earnings, down from a 2009 dividend of 74 forints, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The company said the dividend was in line with its policy of maintaining its net debt ratio within 30 to 40 percent, and also reflects the impact of a special tax levied by the government on the Hungarian telecommunications sector.
Magyar Telekom's shares traded at 534 forints, down 0.6 percent, by 1437 GMT, against a flat wider market.
