ISTANBUL, April 27 (Reuters) - Turkish fuel retailer Turcas said it wants to win at least one or two tenders to run wind energy plants and is seeking acquisition opportunities in Iraq for oil and gas production and distrubution.
It is also looking at the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions for such acquisitions.
Turcas added it was in talks with the Eximbank to finance a planned refinery for its Petkim unit, which it owns with Azeri oil company Socar.
