BONN (dpa-AFX) - The Bonn District Court refused a claim on Wednesday amounting to 1,251,410.79 Euro against two subsidiaries of 118000 AG. German telecom giant Deutsche Telekom AG (DTEGY.PK) claimed that the subsidiaries have to pay their datacost invoices of the years 2005 until 2008. These invoices were much too high and intransparent and were therefore not paid. Deutsche Telekom AG has to pay all legal charges.
Already last week, the Higher Regional Court of Dsseldorf decided that the datacosts for the 118000 subsidiary GoYellow GmbH are not allowed to exceed an annual amount of 3,592.30 euro for the years 2005 until 2009.
According to article 47 of the German telecommunications law all Deutsche Telekom data customers have to pay only the effective costs incurring for delivery.
