LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Psion Plc (PON.L) announced that with effect from 7 December 2011 Peter Bertram and Gotthard Haug will join the Board as non-executive directors.
Peter Bertram is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Phoenix IT Group plc, a leading provider of managed IT Infrastructure support services. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Ten Alps plc and a Non-Executive Director of Microgen plc. Peter was previously Chief Executive of Azlan Group plc and was Non-Executive Chairman of AttentiV Systems Group plc and Timeweave plc.
Gotthard Haug's recent career has been in the technology services industry with Teleplan International N.V. joining as CFO in 2004 and becoming CEO of the company in May 2009. Teleplan is a worldwide provider of after sales services and repairs for leading technology brands. Prior to joining Teleplan, Mr Haug served as CFO of Wal Mart Germany.
