LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Cable & Wireless Communications Plc (CWC.L) on Tuesday announced the launch of an offering of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2020. The notes, whose net proceeds will be used to repay existing indebtedness, will be issued by Sable International Finance Ltd. and guaranteed by Cable & Wireless Communications Plc and certain of its subsidiaries.
