SASKATOON (dpa-AFX) - Potash Corp Of Saskatchewan Inc. (POT, POT.TO) announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase of the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.14 per share from $0.07 per share. The company said that its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of US $0.14 per common share payable May 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 12, 2012.
