WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Camden Property Trust (CPT) reported that its fourth-quarter Funds From Operations or FFO was $64.3 million or $0.84 per share, compared to $53.9 million or $0.73 per share in the year ago quarter. Net income attributable to common shareholders rose to $46.8 million or $0.62 per share from $17.1 million or $0.24 per share in the comparable quarter last year. Total property revenues for the quarter were $167.71 million, compared with $153.15 million in the prior year quarter. On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.83 per share on revenues of $144.98 million. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items. For the first quarter, the company expects FFO to be in the range of $0.77 to $0.81 per share and earnings of $0.18 to $0.22 per share. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $0.81 per share for the first quarter. Full-year 2012, FFO is expected to be $3.30 to $3.55 per share, and earnings per share is expected to be $0.95 to $1.20 per share. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $3.41 per share for the fiscal 2012.
