BELLEVUE (dpa-AFX) - Online travel company Expedia Inc. (EXPE) Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income attributable to the company of $70.3 million or $0.44 per share compared to $71.3 million or $0.45 per share last year.
Adjusted net income for the quarter was $80.6 million or $0.58 per share compared to $83.3 million or $0.58 per share last year.
On average, 16 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $0.54 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.
Revenues for the quarter was $787.1 million compared to $737.6 million last year.
Wall Street analysts on a consensus estimated revenues of $811.43 million for the quarter.
