PEKING (dpa-AFX) - Shanda Games Ltd. (GAME) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of 304.3 million Chinese yuan, or $48.3 million, compared to 366.6 million yuan last year.
Earnings per ADS for the quarter were $1.08 yuan or $0.17, compared to $1.30 yuan last year.
Fourth-quarter adjusted net income attributable to shareholders was 335.5 million yuan or $53.3 million, compared to 422.2 million yuan in the fourth quarter last year.
Adjusted earnings per ADS for the quarter were 1.20 yuan or $0.19 compared to 1.50 yuan last year.
Net revenues for the quarter were 1.36 billion yuan or $215.2 million, compared to 1.15 billion yuan last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $0.17 per share on revenues of $214.16 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
