WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Public Storage (PSA) Thursday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations, FFO, of $1.50 per share as compared to $1.33 per share last year.
Net income allocable to common shareholders for the quarter $164.2 million or $0.96 per share, compared to $121.4 million or $0.71 per share in the same period last year.
On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected FFO of $1.59 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.
Revenues for the quarter was $444.7 million compared to $417.8 million last year. Wall Street analysts on a consensus estimated revenues of $400.98 million for the quarter.
