WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Power solution manufacturer Active Power (ACPW) Thursday named Doug Milner, as CEO and President of the company effective March 1.
On effect of the appointment, the interim CEO, Jan Lindelow, will return to his role as independent director on the company's board. Lindelow would serve as an advisor to Milner during the transition.
Doug Milner previously worked as Chief Executive Officer of Aquilex Corporation where he was responsible for all domestic and international field operations made up of nearly 4000 employees.
