WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - WaferGen Biosystems Inc. (WGBS.OB), Monday said it appointed Ivan Trifunovich as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. In connection with Trifunovich's appointment, the company's Office of the President no longer holds duties of the principal executive officer, the company said in a statement.
The company also said that Mona Chadha will continue as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, and Don Huffman will continue as Chief Financial Officer.
