BAD VILBEL (dpa-AFX) - STADA Arzneimittel AG (STDAF.PK, STDAY.PK) said its sales companies - STADApharm GmbH, ALIUD PHARMA GmbH and cell pharm Gesellschaft f?r pharmazeutische und diagnostische Pr?parate mbH achieved very good results in the 8th round of German-wide tenders of the Allgemeinen Ortskrankenkassen, or AOK, for pharmaceutical discount agreements pursuant to Section 130 a SGB V.
As part of the most recent AOK round with a total tender volume of around 360 million euros, the three STADA sales companies concluded contracts for a total of five active pharmaceutical ingredients with the AOK which, with about one-third of all publicly insured persons in Germany, is the largest German health insurance organization.
The contracts are legally effective and take effect on October 1, 2012. The regular term has been set at two years.
