| Footnotes | The Board of Fraser and Neave, Limited wishes to announce that Pascal De Petrini, Chief Executive Officer, Food & Beverage, will leave the Group on 9 July 2013 to pursue other interests. The Company and Mr De Petrini have mutually agreed to the effective date to facilitate a handover of his duties and projects. The Board will immediately commence an internal and external search for a suitable replacement. The Board records its thanks to Mr De Petrini for his efforts in bringing focus to execution of strategic plans and wishes him well in his future endeavors. |
