The Company and Mr De Petrini have mutually agreed to the effective date to facilitate a handover of his duties and projects. The Board will immediately commence an internal and external search for a suitable replacement. The Board records its thanks to Mr De Petrini for his efforts in bringing focus to execution of strategic plans and wishes him well in his future endeavors. |
