WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Cirrus Logic, Inc. (CRUS) reported that its fourth-quarter net income decreased to $12.6 million or $0.20 per share, from $26.4 million or $0.39 per share, last year.
Non-GAAP net income was $26.1 million or $0.41 per share, down from $39.6 million or $0.59 per share in the prior year quarter. On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $0.32 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Net revenue declined year-over-year to $149.66 million, from $206.87 million. Analysts expected revenue of $143.01 million for the quarter.
The company expects its first-quarter revenue to range between $135 million and $155 million. Analysts expect the company to report fourth-quarter revenue of $135.50 million.
