BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - French commercial real estate company Unibail-Rodamco SE (UNBLF, UNRDY) said Thursday its revenues for the first nine months of fiscal 2014 increased 9.9% from last year to 1.4 billion euros.
The company said that tenant sales in its shopping centres were up2.7% in the first nine months. Tenant sales in large malls were up 3% for the period.
Gross rental income of the company's shopping centre division was 980 million euros for the first nine months, an increase of 9.2% from a year ago. Growth was partly led by the Group's active leasing, and deliveries of new shopping centres and extensions/renovations.
Gross rental income in the office division amounted to 138 million euros, an increase of 6.8%, primarily due to the Group's strong leasing activity last year, notably in France.
