WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - PNC Financial Services Group Inc (PNC) said Monday that Senior Vice Chairman and Chief Risk Officer Joseph Guyaux has been named president and chief executive officer of PNC Mortgage. Guyaux succeeds Todd Chamberlain, who has resigned due to family considerations, effective January 31.
Joseph Rockey, executive vice president, will become chief risk officer. Rockey currently leads Enterprise Risk Management and the Basel Office within PNC's Risk Management organization.
Guyaux is a 42 year veteran of PNC who has held leadership positions in nearly every one of the company's core business activities.
