NEW YORK CITY (dpa-AFX) - Morgan Stanley (MS) disclosed in a regulatory filing that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Gorman received a total compensation of $23.27 million, including base salary, stock grants and Bonus in 2014, compared to the $14.41 million he received in 2013, and $10.67 million he got in 2012.
The total compensation received by Gorman in 2014 includes base salary of $1.50 million, which is unchanged from last year, $10.08 million as bonus, $11.24 million as stock grants. He received $5.41 million as bonus in 2013, and $2.58 million as bonus in 2012.
