CANONSBURG (dpa-AFX) - Global pharmaceutical company Mylan N.V. (MYL) Friday said its CFO John Sheehan will retire by April 1, 2016. He has been with the company since 2010. The company will start search for a replacement immediately.
Mylan's CEO Heather Bresch said, 'We have in place the financial strength and flexibility, strong business momentum and deep leadership team to ensure Mylan's continued growth and success. We thank John for his many contributions and wish him all the best in the future.'
In a separated announcement, the company announced an exclusive global collaboration agreement with Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MNTA) to develop, manufacture and commercialize six of Momenta's current biosimilar candidates, including Momenta's biosimilar candidate, Orencia.
