WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Plum Creek Timber Co. (PCL) announced a profit for fourth quarter that fell compared to the same period last year.
The company said its bottom line totaled $34 million, or $0.19 per share. This was lower than $68 million, or $0.39 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.
The company said revenue for the quarter fell 24.5% to $323 million. This was down from $428 million last year.
