SANTA CLARA (dpa-AFX) - Intel has started building a new 'smart' office building in Israel's Petah Tikva, which will host 2,500 employees.
According to reports, the 34,000-square-foot development center will run entirely on sensors and will be fully digitized.
No Camels reports that the building will have facial recognition so employees will never have to carry ID cards or badges. The lights and temperature of room will be monitored by sensors and will even help employees find parking spots.
The building is expected to be complete by 2019 and has been certified as energy safe.
