WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Tractor Supply (TSCO) reported earnings for its third quarter that increased from last year.
The company said its bottom line advanced to $89.44 million, or $0.67 per share. This was higher than $87.31 million, or $0.64 per share, in last year's third quarter.
Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.66 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company said revenue for the quarter rose 4.1% to $1.54 billion. This was up from $1.48 billion last year.
