BAM! Entertainment Appoints Len Ciciretto as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

SAN JOSE, Calif., June 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BAM! Entertainment(TM) announced today that industry veteran Len Ciciretto has joined the Company as its Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity, Ciciretto will oversee sales, sales operations and all marketing functions in North America. He brings experience of over 25 years in sales and management to this position.

"Len has an outstanding background in working closely with the retailers and understands the needs of all the major retailers. Len is an exciting addition to BAM!'s management team," said Ray Musci, Chief Executive Officer of BAM! Entertainment. "His proven strengths in working not only with the retailers, but also with distributors and other publishers, will help BAM! establish a leadership role in the industry."

A well-known games industry executive, Ciciretto served as Group Vice President of Sega of America, where he grew annual sales from $100 million to over $1.2 billion. He was instrumental in the creation of the Interactive Entertainment Merchants Association, serving as a Vice President and as a board member. He was also President of the game strategy company Versus Books, where he managed all aspects of the company. Recently, he served as Senior Vice President with Acclaim Entertainment. In each of these positions, he worked closely with all accounts to maximize their sell-through and profitability. Before entering the game industry, Ciciretto spent 12 years in the book publishing industry.


Ciciretto holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
