DETROIT, MI, June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of AmeriChip International Inc. (the Company) (OTC- BB ACHI) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase the Nasco Brand name of products. This line of abrasive products has been sold throughout the United States and Canada for many years. The Company believes that the acquisition of this brand and its inventory will allow its subsidiary, AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives, to immediately generate sales by offering a wider breadth of products for all its current and future customers who require abrasive products in their manufacturing processes. Abrasives are typically used in the process after machining. The purchase of this brand name is indicative of the implementation of the business model intended to quickly generate revenues which the Company believes has the potential to add $1 million in sales in the first year.

Ed Rutkowski, President of AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Zyla as Vice President, Engineering, effective immediately. Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A., AmeriChip International Inc. holds a patented technology known as Laser Assisted Chip Control, the implementation of which results in efficient chip control management in industrial metal machining applications. This technology provides substantial savings in machining costs of certain automobile parts providing much more competitive pricing and more aggressive sales approaches within the industry.

The innovative AmeriChip business model, enhanced by its AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives subsidiary, is designed to establish an extensive resource for cost saving services and products that all cost conscious industrial steel and aluminum machining companies require.
