The implementation will improve service and cut costs.
ETSA Utilities is part of a group of companies jointly owned by Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited and Hongkong Electric Holdings Limited. As South Australia's electricity distributor, ETSA Utilities serves over 755,000 customers and maintains a distribution network of approximately 78,000 kilometres. ETSA Utilities needed a solution that would give them far greater control and visibility of their service operations as well as the ability to meet their strict service level agreements. They will use ClickSoftware's ServiceOptimization Suite to increase the efficiency of their entire Field Services division.
