(Pink Sheets: BTEL) subsidiary Agility Centralized Research Services (ACRS), a leading provider of centralized ECG collection and analysis services, today announced that it has been awarded a multi-site data collection and analysis service contract by an industry leading cardiac device company. For competitive reasons, terms of the contract were not disclosed. The study is scheduled to commence late in the third quarter of 2004.
