Kaiser was chosen as part of a select group, deemed by SpeechTEK organizers to be the top experts in speech recognition, to formulate the best practices and top guidelines for developing voice user interfaces. Speech Technology Magazine will publish the results of the workshop in its January 2005 edition with an article titled, "Top 10 Voice User Interface Guidelines."

In a similar industry leadership role, Genesys' Steve Rutledge, vice president of product and solutions marketing, has accepted an invitation to present at SpeechTEK on an expert panel titled, "The Multichannel Contact Center: Blending Voice, Chat, Fax and E-mail," on Tuesday, September 14, 2004. The panel members will explain how multichannel elements and approaches can enhance an organization's customer service, delivering both increased customer satisfaction and improved contact center agent efficiencies.
