Sam Sen and William "Bill" Kerrigan were named Co-Presidents, representing a collaborative new management team. In their new roles, Mr. Sen will serve as President of Petrogen Corp., managing all corporate activities related to business development, and Mr. Kerrigan will serve as President of Petrogen, Inc., directing all operating activities.

Sam Sen joined Petrogen in September 2004 as Executive Vice President of Business Development. He has over 23 years of applied business and technical experience in the energy industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Sen has established a successful track record in the commercial analysis, negotiation, support and capture of value-adding upstream, midstream, downstream, and acquisition and divestiture deals ranging in size from $10 million to over $1 billion. Prior to joining, Petrogen, he served as Project Manager, Worldwide Business Development and Manager, New Venture Development with Anadarko Petroleum. In addition, Mr. Sen has worked with leading oil companies Unocal, Suncor and Gulf Canada Resources, and has held positions as a geologist and business development manager. He has a strong technical background and was the lead geologist on exploration teams responsible for hydrocarbon discoveries of up to 100 MMBOE (gross) reserves. Mr. Sen received his MBA from the Warwick Business School/Wolsey Hall, Oxford, U.K., as well as a BSc (Honors) in Geology from Carleton University, Canada.
Bill Kerrigan co-founded Petrogen in 2001. He has over 20 years of oil and gas industry experience, principally as a geologist and operator. Mr. Kerrigan's areas of expertise lie in the day-to-day field operations and development logistics', with specialized skills in field analysis and productionoptimization. In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Kerrigan contributes a wealth of business affiliations throughout the United States and abroad that have been, and continue to be, instrumental to Petrogen's growth and development. Prior to founding Petrogen, Mr. Kerrigan provided geologic consulting services to oil and gas companies in Ireland, Norway and throughout the United States. Mr. Kerrigan received his degree as an Exploration Geologist from the University of Tennessee.
