Amdocs and HP China to Jointly Provide Integrated Billing Solution for Mobile Operator in China

ST. LOUIS and PALO ALTO, Calif., June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, Amdocs , the leading provider of software and services to enable integrated customer management and the intentional customer experience, and HP China announced a joint project to provide integrated billing for Beijing Mobile, a wireless operator in China. HP China will prime the project and work in conjunction with Amdocs to integrate Amdocs Billing 6 in order to support pre-and post-paid customers for voice, data, and advanced services, delivering more efficient billing to customers and providing Beijing Mobile Communication Corporation (BMCC) with the capabilities to remain a market leader.

In addition, Amdocs Billing 6 will be fully integrated into BMCC's CRM systems to successfully reduce operating costs, provide faster response time to market, deliver more flexible business and promotions plan, and online charging schemes. HP China and Amdocs will also provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services to BMCC once the implementation is completed.
