Intermatic BV, of Deurne, the Netherlands, announces
that, on July 5, it acquired Luxform Lighting BV, for an undisclosed
sum. Intermatic BV is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intermatic
Incorporated, of Spring Grove, Illinois, USA - the leading
manufacturer of landscape lighting in the world.
Intermatic President and CEO, Dave Schroeder says, "We are pleased to welcome the Luxform employees and the brand they represent to our Intermatic family of products.
