Most recently, Ms. Hughes was a Principal with McKinsey & Company working with asset management clients on strategy and business development.

Prior to joining LMCM, Ms. Hughes was a Principal at McKinsey & Company. Ms. Hughes joined McKinsey & Company in 1991 as a Business Analyst, and rejoined the firm in 1996 after attaining her MBA with highest honors from Harvard University, where she was a George F. Baker Scholar. Prior to her graduate work, Ms. Hughes was a private equity analyst with AEA Investors. Ms. Hughes has an A.B. magna cum laude in East Asian Studies and Government from Harvard College.
