Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appoints Richard M. Lundt to General Manager of the Omaha Marriott


MCLEAN, Va. and OMAHA, Neb., Aug. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Richard M. Lundt as general manager for the Omaha Marriott. The hotel is owned by Highland Hospitality Corporation , a Virginia based, self-advised lodging real estate investment trust (REIT), and is managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts.

Mr. Lundt joins Crestline from his position as general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn, in Omaha. He has more than 15 years of hospitality industry management experience including positions with Lodgian Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Red Lion Hotels.

Dave Durbin, president and CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts said, "Rich's knowledge of the Omaha market coupled with his expertise in management, as well as his community and industry involvement, make him an excellent addition to lead the Omaha Marriott team."


Mr. Lundt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grace University in Omaha. He is the past president of the Greater Omaha Hotel Association, and a member of the Greater Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau Advisory Board as appointed by the Mayor of Omaha.
