True Health Management Buy-In of 50% of Recruitment Business. True Health to Focus on Medical Equipment Sales

BECKENHAM, England, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- True Health, Inc, (BULLETIN BOARD: TRHE) a provider of pressure relieving systems and healthcare recruitment, announced today that Mr. Tom O'Shea, one of its directors, has invested $86,500 to acquire a 50% stake in the company's recruitment division.

Following a Strategic Review of the company's business interests, the Board of True Health concluded that it should focus more on its profitable core activities, that of providing medical equipment and, specifically, pressure relieving systems. The Westmeria Recruitment Division had expanded quickly from its start up in 2002 and although revenues increased rapidly, it had limited success in generating income after associated costs. During the last year, the Recruitment Division's revenues had fallen by 51.6% to $529,638 for the quarter ended July 31, 2005 compared with $1,095,665 for the quarter ended July 31, 2004.

Mr. O'Shea, Recruitment Director, believes that under a Management Buy-In, the performance of the recruitment business can be improved. As a result True Health retains 50% of the business and intends to benefit from the future profits resulting from such a turnaround. Mr. O'Shea resigns as a director of True Health to become Managing Director of Westmeria Recruitment Limited, leaving the True Health's Management to focus its attentions on developing its growing medical equipment division.

"This deal has allowed us to refocus our efforts in developing our excellent equipment products and service to our clients," stated Mr. David Francis, True Health CEO. "The performance of the recruitment division has been disappointing over the last year and we have now taken positive action to stem the losses from it while still retaining a share in any future profits."
