The transaction was arranged by Stanton, Walker & Company, a New York-based consulting firm retained by the Company.
Futura, Inc is a locally owned and operated Internet Service Provider servicing Jacksonville, Arkansas since 1995. It offers many Internet services including DSL and two-way satellite, but it concentrates its efforts on dialup access that is available in over 3,000 cities nationwide.
