"We selected Skill-Weighted Portfolio because in today's competitive financial services environment, we recognize the importance of continually adding value to our customer relationships," said Kim Craig, F.N.B. Investment Advisor's President and CEO. "With the Skill-Weighted platform, we believe we can help our clients benefit more fully from market efficiencies and economies of scale and realize greater potential from their investment assets. The underlying methodology of the Skill-Weighted platform also helps our clients follow the lead of today's most astute institutional investors in the move towards more comprehensive portfolios that combine the best characteristics of indexed, traditional and 'alternative' investment management."

Skill-Weighted Portfolio is a service of Engagement Systems, LLC, which is a New York City based company that specializes in creating investment methodologies and systems to help financial advisory organizations serve clients better. According to Engagement Systems' President and Founder Louis Day, "The Skill-Weighted line of adviser services was developed to help advisory firms and institutions approach portfolio construction from the point-of-view of the investor. This investor-centric approach offers a much needed alternative to the product driven platforms so prevalent in today's financial services business. And it demonstrates the bank's commitment to serve as a trusted adviser and strong customer advocate."

Mr. Craig added, "To inaugurate our new services, we're offering current and prospective clients a portfolio analysis and report that demonstrates the potential of Skill-Weighted Portfolio to enhance their long-term investment performance."
