Mr. Figure initially joined Oxford Bank in April of 1979. He was promoted to his current position of Data Processing Officer in July of 1981, with the responsibility for directing the Bank's data processing and management information systems, as well as all purchasing and facilities management. Between April, 1984 and August, 1985, Mr. Figure served as a customer service representative for SecureData Corporation in Troy, Michigan, before rejoining the Bank as an assistant vice president and data processing officer in 1985. He was then promoted to vice president in December of 1994.

An Oxford resident, Mr. Figure holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and has served as president of the Michigan user groups for two leading suppliers of bank computer systems.

Michael H. Jabour began his career with Oxford Bank in March of 2002 as vice president and consumer loan manager. He was then promoted to retail banking officer in September of 2004 with supervision over the Bank's consumer lending and branch banking operations. His responsibilities now include the management and development of all consumer loan, branch, and marketing personnel, branch expansion planning, product design and implementation, and the establishment of customer service and sales targets.

A banker with over 35 years of lending and retail banking experience, Mr. Jabour had served as a regional retail manager for a large, Michigan-based banking institution prior to joining Oxford Bank.

A senior credit analyst in the Bank's commercial loan department since May of 1999, Pamela G. Domanski has over 15 years of commercial credit and lending experience. Her responsibilities include the review of loan requests, analysis of corporate financial statements, personal financial statements, collateral position, and the assignment of credit ratings. Prior to joining Oxford Bank, she had served as a commercial loan officer, focusing on small business lending, for a large, Michigan-based financial institution. A resident of Grand Blanc, Mrs. Domanski holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Walsh College and an associates' degree in accounting from Macomb Community College. She donates her time locally to the Grand Blanc High School Athletic Boosters and the Boy Scouts of America.

Ann M. Howey, an Atlas Township resident, currently serves as the branch manager of the Bank's new Goodrich retail location; a position she has held since the opening of that office in January of 2005. She has over five years of branch management experience, including four as the assistant branch manager of the Bank's Ortonville office, and over seven years of sales and customer service experience. Ms. Howey joined Oxford Bank in May of 1994 as a teller at its Clarkston branch and was promoted to the position of customer service representative in June of 1998. A 2004 graduate of the Robert M. Perry School of Banking at Central Michigan University, Ms. Howey is a member of Goodrich/Atlas Chamber of Commerce.

Jeffrey M. Davidson, president and chief executive officer of Oxford Bank, announced the appointments and commented, "I'm proud to announce the appointments of these four individuals. Each has exhibited a strong commitment to Oxford Bank and the values of community banking that are the foundation of how we do business. Their continued high standard of performance and further-reaching responsibilities will help set the direction for the future of our organization."

Oxford Bank Corporation is a registered holding company with over $500 million in total assets.
