DMS Health Group Leadership Appointments


FARGO, N.D., Jan. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Paul Wilson has been named CEO of the DMS Health Group and Nat Geissel has been promoted to president of DMS Health Technologies, a primary business unit of the company. The DMS Health Group is a national diagnostic imaging and equipment provider headquartered in Fargo and an operating company of Otter Tail Corporation .

The appointments were announced today by Lauris Molbert, Otter Tail Corporation's chief operating officer. "With Paul Wilson and Nat Geissel at the helm, we not only gain broad healthcare experience, but also visionary leadership and a dynamic team focus for the entire DMS operation," Molbert said. "The DMS Health Group is already considered one of the top medical equipment dealers in the nation and these key appointments will help strengthen its high-performance culture."

Wilson previously was the CEO at Innovis Health in Fargo, where he was responsible for overall operations and strategic planning at the 74-bed acute- care hospital. Prior to Innovis, he was vice president of operations at Banner Health System in Fargo, one of the nation's largest healthcare multisystems. At Banner, he oversaw operations at 11 acute-care hospitals and 12 clinics across six states, ranging from Alaska to Arizona. Wilson also has held administrator roles at hospitals in New Mexico, Kansas and Nebraska. He received his Master's in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota, St. Paul.

Geissel joined DMS Health Technologies in 2000 as senior vice president. Prior to joining DMS, Geissel was a vice president at R.P Kincheloe Company in Dallas, overseeing diagnostic imaging equipment sales and service in Texas and Oklahoma. Before that, he worked for Philips Medical Systems as an account manager in Iowa City, covering the region of eastern Iowa and western Illinois. His career in healthcare began in the hospital setting, with management roles in administration and radiology at major medical centers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Houston, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.

DMS Health Technologies sells and services diagnostic imaging and patient monitoring equipment.
