Chief Financial Officer CMR is pleased to welcome Simon Parsliffe to the company as Chief Financial Officer. Simon is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years experience in the Insurance and IT sectors. Prior to joining CMR, Simon was most recently the Company Secretary and Group Financial Controller of London Bridge Software Holdings plc. Simon originally qualified as an accountant with Neville Russell (now Mazars), from whom he joined Lloyd Thompson Group plc. Over the years, Simon has also held various positions as a finance consultant, primarily in the insurance sector. Simon is an Associate of the Institute of Charted Accountants of England and Wales and has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. Head of Fuel Cell Development CMR is also pleased to welcome Dr. Martin Hogarth to the company as Head of Fuel Cell Development. Martin is internationally recognised as one of the world's foremost experts in Direct Methanol Fuel Cells ('DMFC'), an area in which he has over 13 years of industry experience. Prior to joining CMR, Martin was with Johnson Matthey Plc where he held a number of senior scientific positions within their fuel cell group, leading the development of DMFC catalyst and Membrane Electrode Assembly products. As well as bringing his key scientific and product development capabilities to CMR, Martin also has extensive experience in working with some of the world's largest OEM's seeking to adopt fuel cell technology to power their products. Neither Mr Parsliffe or Dr. Hogarth will be appointed as directors of CMR.
