New Plan Excel Realty Trust Announces Tax Allocations of 2005 Dividend Distributions


NEW YORK, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc. today announced the tax allocations of the 2005 dividend distributions on its Common Shares and Preferred Shares. Dividends paid on Common Shares totaled $4.55 per share in 2005, including a special cash distribution of $3.00 per Common Share paid on September 27, 2005.
